Select Register New Account, enter your business and contact details

Create a password and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Submit – we verify your account within 2 working hours

Add team members via Account Settings > Team Users once approved

Submit an Order

Log in and click New Order

Select your service type

Enter full property address, postcode and any deadlines

Upload deeds, surveys or supporting files

Review your quote or confirm pre-agreed pricing

Submit and save your unique order reference

Track & Manage

View status updates: Received → Drafting → Compliance Check → Awaiting Approval → Delivered
