1. Services

1.1 Boham Consult Limited provides Land Registry compliant plans, architectural drawings and planning application support as described on our website.1.2 We do not provide architectural design services for new builds or major developments; such work will be referred to a qualified architect.

2. Orders & Payment

2.3 All orders are confirmed once accepted by us. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.2.4 Payment is due on submission, or within 30 days of invoice for approved framework clients.2.5 We reserve the right to pause work for overdue payments.

3. Compliance & Liability

3.1 We guarantee our work meets published HM Land Registry and planning standards. We will revise work free of charge if rejected for non-compliance.3.2 We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client, or changes to official regulations after work begins.3.3 Our total liability is limited to the value of the order, as covered by our Professional Indemnity Insurance.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 We retain copyright of all work until full payment is received. Clients are granted a perpetual licence to use the work for its stated purpose.

5. Cancellations

5.2 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission for a full refund. Cancellations after work has started incur a fee equal to work completed.
