Standard Lease Plan: £95 + VAT | 3–5 working days

Commercial / Multi-Unit Lease Plan: £150–£275 + VAT | 5–7 working days

Standard Title Plan: £110 + VAT | 3–5 working days

Auction Priority Plan: +50% premium | 24–48 hours

2. Existing Architectural Drawings

Accurate, scaled drawings for any UK property, sourced from official records, OS mapping and verified data:

Floor plans, elevations, site plans and section details

Suitable for probate, asset valuation, boundary disputes, pre-purchase surveys or pre-development assessment

All formats accepted by legal firms, councils and financial institutions

Pricing: £140–£350 + VAT | 4–7 working days

3. Planning Application Support

End-to-end preparation for eligible projects:

Householder extensions, loft conversions and outbuildings

Change of use, minor development and small new-build schemes

Full drawing packs, completion of all required forms and direct submission to local planning authorities

Note: Complex or large-scale applications will be referred to a qualified architect

Pricing: £350–£750 + VAT | 7–10 working days
